any injury while using the jumping castle or water slide.
Just Bounce Jumping Castles does not accept any responsibility for
any entrance or stand fees where the equipment is to be used
You, the hirer, is responsible for ensuring adult supervision at
ALL times to guarantee safety of the users.
It is the responsibility of the hirer to remove all stones, sharp
objects or any other object that could harm the Jumping Castle and
blower before setting up the equipment.
Do not set up near fire or any HOT object/area.
NO children are allowed near to the blower.
Electricity supply may only be given through the main switch, and
it is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that the
electrical power supply is well earthed and the leakage is in full
working condition.
The electric cable must comply with all relevant standards and
must be rolled down completely when used to supply electricity to
the blower to avoid heating.
Ensure the set up place do have a trip switch or on earth leakage
in 100% working condition.
In case of strong winds or severe weather, remove all children
from the Jumping Castles and then turn off the blower immediately.
For safety reasons the inflatable and any other equipment
connected thereto is not to be moved or tampered with once it is
been set up for use.
All shoes, glasses, any sharp objects, sweets, toys, etc. must be
removed from the users prior to using the inflatable.
No DANGEROUS actions allowed (Somersaults, flips, climbing,
pushing each other off the walls, etc...)
To help prevent injury or damaging the equipment, NO children over
the age of twelve or groups of more than seven at the same time
are allowed on the equipment,
Only ONE user per time is allowed on the water-slide. No persons
over 50kg are allowed on the equipment.
The blower must be protected from water, rain, including
sprinklers etc. at all times.
The blower should NEVER be left lying on its side when in
operation
No person is allowed to tamper with the blower at any time while
in use to prevent possible injury or damage.
ln the event that the equipment becomes inoperative due to fault
on the side of the hirer, discontinue use of the equipment and
contact Just Bounce Jumping Castles immediately.
The hirer accepts full responsibility should the equipment be
damaged due to misuse, abuse or negligence and will not claim a
refund.
The hirer acknowledges that he/she has been instructed about and
fully understand the safe operation of the equipment.
The hirer agrees to observe all safety precautions and agrees to
the full price of the hired equipment if not returned, or the
replacement/repair cost of damaged equipment.
The hirer agrees to return all equipment on time and will pay an
extra fee of R50 for every hour over the agreed return time.
Just Bounce jumping castles does not take any resposibility for
any injury. Once the inflatables is on the hirers premises the
hirer takes full responsibility for the inflatable and any injury
caused.
